3 months and full of smiles!!

This little mister came into the studio happy and ready to pose! He is so stinkin' cute!! I am so glad I get to watch him grow over the next year. If his other sessions go as well as this one, I won't really be able to call it work! Here are his 3 months pictures.

baby girl...so tiny and full of spunk!

This little peanut really made us work for pictures. She was not interested in being put down. Thankfully a little milk, a few diapers, some time and creativity all paid off when she gave in and went to sleep. For not even being a week old, she gave up a good fight! Here is my newest client. Isn't she just a sweetheart?

He's here!

We had our newest little man on Saturday, August 29 at 5:28am. He is absolutely perfect...he looks just like his brother's did. Here are a few pictures from the hospital. I have not done his newborn pictures at home yet, but plan on it one day this week. I will share them once they are taken.

sweet and cuddly

I was so glad to find an email from this little cuties mom. I just finished up a first year plan and was so happy to have another client sign up. It is so fun to watch these children grow right in front of my camera! It helps that I absolutely love newborns. They take some patience and time, but they are always so worth it in the end. This little guy did not want to sleep at the beginning, but once he was out....he was OUT! We were able to get some wonderful pictures!

sweet baby boy

I got to meet a sweet little one week old about a week ago. For being so small, he had quite the personality! He already likes to fully take in his environment and did not want to sleep for anything. It is a good thing he was so very cute while awake! Here are a pictures from our session.

Beautiful twins and their gorgeous big brother!

These two little ones were so good during their session. They were 7 weeks old and both actually slept for at least part of the session (never at the same time...but still). Their big brother was also a big helper! He liked to kiss their little heads and was gentle with them. He definitely has a lot of energy though and showed me how he works some of that off. Here are a few of their pictures from their morning with me.

Thanks mom, dad and grandma for helping out. I have to admit that I was a little nervous for two 7 weekers and a 3 year old, but they all did much better than I was anticipating! I was pleasantly surprised. I will have the rest of your proofs to you either today or tomorrow. It is taking a bit longer wince both of my boys STILL have influenza (today is day 7!!). Thanks for being patient with me.
Now to my blog readers, keep you eyes pealed for this bunch again. I photographer their mommy's brother's wedding the next day and all three of these cuties (including their gorgeous parents) were in the wedding.

Little Harley man already....

I had the pleasure of photographing one tired little 7 day old last Tuesday. He was so sweet and slept very well! It reminded me of all of the wonderful reasons why I love newborn sessions oh so very much! Here is a sneak peak at his session.

Operation Love

I have been so lucky to meet so many special families through this organization and this family was no exception. The children were so silly and full of character. Mom and dad sure new how to make them smile. The oldest boy was not so sure about me to begin with, but towards the end (with talk of sports and suckers) he opened up! Here are a few from their session.

This little miss was just 6 days old when she came to see me! I had the pleasure of photographing her birth (I have slideshow to post once I find the time) as well. She was so perfect when she came in and slept most of the time. Here are a fw of my favorites of her perfect little parts!

6 week old doll

Here is a proper sneak peak at Vincent's session. He was so very sweet and well behaved...he just did not want to sleep. He finally crashed once he was in his car seat. I did manage to get a lot of eye contact from this little cutie. Take a peak at just how sweet he is.

Miss Kylee

This is my third time photographing this little beauty. I can not believe how much she has changed in such a short time. She was all smiles until the camera came out...but we managed to get some great captures! Here are a couple of silly little Kylee's 3 months session.

About Me

My name is Tanya and I live in a beautiful town in Southeastern MN. I am married to my best friend (Matt) and a mother of three wonderful and busy boys (Caidan, Camden and Cael). I started TJB Photography shortly after the birth of my second son but I have always loved photography and have been studying it for 6 years. We made the big jump into starting a business when I made the choice to stay home instead of returning to my previous work in the school district. So, when I thought about ways to stay home with my kiddos and bring in a little extra income, I thought of my two loves...photography and children. I have worked with children since my first year of college. I have actually worked at a couple different child care facilities for a total of 5 years and also worked at a local elementary school with special ed for about 2 years. So, lucky me, I not only get to do what I love, but also stay home with my boys. I feel so blessed to have the best of both worlds.
